Stayed here for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the great location, just a short walk from the Canton Fair Expo and with easy access to the downtown area. The indoor pool and gym facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep.

That we had to purchase swimming caps at the reception instead of them being provided for free. Also, the view from our room wasn't quite what we expected, but it didn't ruin the overall experience.

It's a comfortable hotel in Guangzhou. Excellent breakfast, we loved it. Our deluxe twin room was equipped with central heating, a personal safe and ironing facilities...

What an incredible escape! The romantic atmosphere was perfect, especially with the candles in the room. The garden surrounding the pool is a beautiful touch, and the pool itself is an ideal size. Breakfast was my favorite meal, offering delicious Eastern and Western cuisine options, and the Dim-sums were superb! The hotel's shuttle service was convenient, providing easy access to key locations around the city.

The room service needs work. Some menu items were unavailable, and the towels were not of good quality.

It was truly a comfortable stay. The room faced the river😀

There was nothing I didn't like.

Here we stayed 1 km from canton trade fair. Location really close to Pazhou Pagoda Park bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away. Summer Palace, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

Friendly staff, spacious suite, luxurious room, beautiful swimming pool, extra gifts, perfect stay, Horizon lounge, world-best staff, highly recommend.

Hotel, Room, Ambience, Proximity to Guangzhou Fair

Inexperience and ineptness of waiters/watresses in Coffee Shop in dealing with out-of-the-ordinary requests (like getting a vegetarian minestrone soup)

Hotel is very close to the Fair, actually 5 minutes by foot and close to metro station. Very classy and clean rooms and the facilities where all up to standards. Hotel people were friendly.

Hotel personnel did not understand many time what I was telling them because their enfglish are poor and also they were a little inexperienced for a 5 star hotel.

We loved the amazing view of the river and the beautiful garden from our spacious room on the 25th floor. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. The staff was always helpful and available whenever we needed them. The hotel's location right next to the exhibition centre made it extremely convenient for us to attend our meetings.

This was a great hotel to use for the last 3 month. Location and facility was great too. It was near to the Canton Fair.

During my extended business trip, I discovered a hotel with a prime location that made it easy to explore many parts of the city. The hotel was located close to major landmarks along the Pearl River, such as the Canton Tower, and was easily accessible by taxi to Guangzhou South Railway Station. I had the pleasure of dining in both on-site restaurants, where I devoured delicious meals ranging from world-class cuisine in the Chinese restaurant to Western-style breakfast in the hotel's cafe. The room was large with modern decor and a breathtaking view of the city.

Although my stay was fantastic, dining in the hotel's restaurants came at a high cost.

The welcome from getting out of taxi until reaching the room was excellent and a credit to the staff involved.

Thr shuttle bus to exhibition should go to Hall A, B & C

It was great experience to stay in a such luxury hotel, it was close to a metro station which facilitated the trasportation.
